Tower Classes


  Tower classes are an opportunity for participants to expand the mat work with the use of the Pilates equipment. Each mat will have a “wall unit” that provides an "outside lever" to add another dimension to the program. Such equipment includes the leg and arm springs, the roll down bar, and the push thru bar.

  Because of Pilates of New Paltz's commitment to the highest quality of teaching, class size is limited in all of our sessions. The tower class maximum is 6 participants.
